I am headed back to Mayo on Thursday for the Stelara shot. After nearly 2 weeks of waiting for lab results and more info from the dr, we finally got a call today. I have been living on pain meds again for the past week or so - not able to eat without them.
Hoping that this shot will clear up the flare and get me back on the path to remission.
I come back Friday afternoon and then turn around Monday evening and leave again, as I have to be there Tuesday at 7:15 for lab work and many appointments. I think I will finally be done around 4:30 that day.
So, be praying for our trip. Also that there is not a problem the medication.
